In a typical course delegates will explore how to deal with the barriers to productive interpersonal relationships, and practice being more open and assertive whilst also increasing their confidence and their ability to handle conflict and improving the clarity of their communications.   • Non-verbal communication
  • Dealing with conflict
  • Giving and receiving feedback
  • Meeting needs (yours & theirs)
  • Basic assertiveness
